This Titanic teaching resource is a complete unit of work in which KS2/3 students learn how to read and write a range of text types using the story of Titanic as a stimulus.
The resource is made up of a 154-slide editable PowerPoint, 44 worksheets and teaching notes to help you deliver the lessons. Although it is designed with Year 6 pupils in mind, it can be easily adapted for use with Year 7/8 students.
The resource covers the following areas of the curriculum:
Narrative writing.
Research skills, using paper and online resources.
