This KS2 English teaching resource helps Year 3 and Year 4 pupils explore and create acrostic poems. It includes a fully editable 24-slide PowerPoint presentation and three differentiated worksheets designed to support varying abilities.

Pupils are introduced to the features of acrostic poetry through worked examples and guided class discussions. The resource then leads into a collaborative writing task, followed by independent practise using the worksheets provided.
