English Teaching Resources: Macbeth Scheme of work (PowerPoint and worksheets)

This Macbeth scheme of work is an excellent introduction to Macbeth for students. The resource comes complete with PowerPoints, worksheets and step by step lessons to help teach one of Shakespeare's most popular plays.
Each of the 22 lessons are planned out using the four part lesson plan. This includes starter activities, introduction, development and plenary. The resource maximizes the potential of PowerPoint as a teaching resource in the classroom. All Powerpoint slides are clear and easy to follow and use a number of techniques to help students develop knowledge and understanding of the play. Bold headings, bright and attractive use of colour, photographs, cartoons and video clips are all used to make this PPT come alive on the interactive whiteboard.
Unlike a worksheet or textbook the real advantage of using PowerPoint is the complete control that teachers have over the content.
